Cancellation/Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your requirenment should be communicated in advanced to us before purchase was initiated.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to any of our publishers.


Once we receive your request regarding refund, we will check if the report meet your requirenement if specific requirenment was shared with us. If not then we will not provide any refunds/Cancellation

If report do not meet your requirements that were shared with us before purchase then we will initiate the refund and notify you about the same.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15-20 days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if reports shared by us do not meet your requirenment. If you need to exchange it for the same report, send us an email at sales@reportprime.com

Our marketing reports are digital PDF files and are not classified as gifts, netiher sent to anyother email id, other then customers.
